(Senior) Legal Counsel, mastering Spanish and/or Portuguese

Together with your colleagues, you are a sparring partner to all levels of the organization. This means you will be involved in a diverse range of legal or related subjects, including but not limited to: restructuring, corporate housekeeping, managing litigation, commercial contracting, ESG and Health & Safety.
Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries within our clients group of entities will have your special attention.
Profile
- Legal Counsel or lawyer (with an international background)
- generalist with experience in international commercial setting
- masters English and Spanish and preferably Portuguese language.
- preferably experience working on matters in Spanish-speaking LATAM countries, like Mexico, Argentina or Colombia
- relevant experience in a law firm or in-house team is highly appreciated
- comfortable to operate out of legal comfort zone
- driven, reliable, practicable and detail-orientated
