Legal & Compliance Counsel

You are end responsible for all legal and compliance matters concerning Unilabs Netherlands. You act as sparring partner for the business and as trusted advisor to the management board. On an international level, you work closely together within the group legal team and you report into the Head of Legal & Compliance Western Europe & Latin America located in Paris (France).
Profile
- at least 10 years’ of work experience as an in-house counsel or lawyer
- experienced in a broad range of legal work (contracting and corporate matters)
- pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset
- fluent command of the Dutch and English language
