Interim Legal Counsel Labour & Employment law

You support the Head of Labour & Employment law in setting up a Labour & Employment law department. Your responsibilities include:
- support with creation & implementation of strategy & processes
- analysis of Labour & Employment law data
- analysis/support of Labour & Employment law cases
- support the different countries with their fiduciary responsibilities (compliance with local law)
- support with selecting local lawyers/panel firms
- support with significant global projects to help drive cultural evolution and compliance (ESG/DEI)
Profile
- Interim Legal Counsel or Lawyer (with an international background)
- specialized in Labour & Employment law in multiple jurisdictions across the world
- flexible, business-oriented personality with an international mindset
- fluent in English
Proposition
- start of the project: as soon as possible
- for a period of 6 months
- preferably fulltime
- fully remote is possible
- resident in Europe is mandatory
