Interim Legal Counsel contracting/procurement
Long-term, for 4 to 5 days per week
Long-term, for 4 to 5 days per week
You will be a strategic business partner to the Head of Procurement and other procurement managers. Focus will be on providing proactive legal support for the business on a broad range of (European) legal matters, including international (procurement) contracts.
Profile
- approximately 5 to 10 years of experience
- experienced in drafting, reviewing and supporting the negotiating of a broad variety of international commercial contracts
- optimizing procurement agreements
- able to lead multi-country contract negotiations and projects from legal point of view
- handling (potential) claims, disputes and litigation
- liaising with and managing outside counsels
- fluent in English, preferably also masters Dutch
