Interim Legal Counsel

Together with your colleagues and in close cooperation with the General Counsel, you are a sparring partner to all levels of the organization. This means you will be involved in a diverse range of legal or related subjects, including but not limited to: complex commercial contracts (including Joint Venture agreements), Corporate Governance/general Corporate issues and possible transactions. Depending on your background and experience ESG and related compliance topics are part of your responsibilities. The team is close-knit, and the culture is informal. Hybride working is standard.
Profile
- experienced Interim Counsel
- generalist with experience in the field of (complex) commercial contracts, governance/company law and possibly transactions
- sound drafting skills
- relevant experience in a law firm or in-house team is highly appreciated
- Dutch Law degree, masters both Dutch and English
- comfortable to operate out of legal comfort zone
- combines sound analytical skills with a practical approach
