Interim Legal Counsel
focused on contracting, IT, privacy and data protection
focused on contracting, IT, privacy and data protection
In this position, you work closely together with sales, deals desk and other cross-functional teams within the company. You draft and negotiate a variety of B2B, clickthrough, SaaS, and other commercial agreements. Furthermore, you advise on data protection and privacy questions and issues.
Profile
- Dutch or other European legal background
- experience with (international and B2B) contracting, IT, privacy and data protection
- ideally in combination with cybersecurity
- sound communication and negotiating skills
- fluent in English, French is considered an advantage
Proposition
- independent role in a small collaborative legal team
- within a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic company
- start: as soon as possible
- ideally 3-5 days a week
- for a period of at least 3 months with the possibility to extend
